Kseniya practicing yoga

Strength · Balance · Presence

Hi, I’m Kseniya

My yoga journey began in 2020 after I moved to Tulum, Mexico, where I was deeply inspired by the transformative power of the practice and the philosophy behind it. Since then, yoga has become both a personal anchor and a lifelong path of learning, growth, and self-discovery.

I have completed 600 hours of yoga teacher training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga, with additional certifications in Yin, Restorative, and Rocket Vinyasa.

I continue to deepen my practice through workshops, ongoing study, and meaningful exchanges with teachers and practitioners from around the world.

In my classes, I encourage mindful movement, connection to the breath, and a supportive environment where students can develop strength, flexibility, and balance at their own pace. I believe that consistent practice can positively influence our overall well-being—both on and off the mat.
