Yoga Teacher Training

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow YogaAdditional study: pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy

A foundational yoga teacher training rooted in Ashtanga and breath-led Vinyasa Flow, with study of pranayama, meditation, anatomy, yoga philosophy, alignment, sequencing, and teaching methodology

Ashtanga is a structured, progressive practice in which movement and breath are closely connected. Its consistent sequence develops focus, discipline, strength, mobility, and an understanding of how postures build upon one another.

Vinyasa Flow brings greater freedom to that foundation through thoughtful sequencing and smooth transitions. Together, these approaches inform classes that are purposeful and creative while remaining grounded in breath, alignment, and steady awareness.

Primary focus: Hatha YogaAdditional study: pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy

An advanced yoga teacher training focused on traditional Hatha Yoga, with deeper study of pranayama, meditation, anatomy, yoga philosophy, intelligent sequencing, and teaching methodology

Hatha Yoga offers a balanced and deliberate approach to physical practice. Postures are explored with time for alignment, stability, conscious breathing, and a deeper awareness of the body.

Together, these elements support a teaching style that values strong foundations, mindful progression, and the integration of yoga beyond physical movement.

Rocket Vinyasa is an energetic method rooted in Ashtanga that offers a more adaptable pathway through traditional sequences. It combines a steady rhythm of breath and movement with opportunities to explore arm balances, inversions, backbends, and creative transitions.

The practice is challenging yet designed to be modified for different bodies and levels of experience. Clear progressions encourage curiosity and help students approach advanced shapes with patience and confidence.

Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training

Yin & Restorative Yoga

A holistic approach to slower practices that support stillness, deep release, nervous-system regulation, and mindful awareness

Yin Yoga uses longer, supported holds to invite gradual release and quiet observation. Restorative Yoga places the body in deeply supported positions that encourage rest, ease, and a shift toward nervous-system regulation.

These complementary practices create space for students to slow down and listen inwardly. They influence how I use stillness, props, breath, and pacing to make classes more balanced, accessible, and restorative.
